Sample itinerary

St Vincent to the southern Grenadines, seven nights

A classic southbound route from St Vincent through the Grenadines, with easy passages between islands, protected anchorages and some of the clearest water in the Caribbean.

  1. Day1

    St Vincent to Bequia

Board at Blue Lagoon on St Vincent and sail south to Bequia. Anchor in Admiralty Bay, walk the waterfront of Port Elizabeth and swim at Princess Margaret Beach.

Swim · Harbour town · Sunset
  2. Day2

    Bequia to Mustique

Mustique is the private island of the Grenadines: quiet beaches, villas and the famous Basil's Bar in Britannia Bay. Snorkel at Macaroni Beach's neighbouring reefs or explore by mule.

Beaches · Snorkel · Dine ashore
  3. Day3

    Mustique to Canouan

Sail to Canouan, with its long reef-protected beaches on the windward side and calm anchorages to the west.

Swim · Beach · Water toys
  4. Day4

    Tobago Cays Marine Park

The highlight of the week: five uninhabited cays inside Horseshoe Reef. Swim with green turtles off Baradal, snorkel the reef and enjoy a beach barbecue arranged by local boat vendors.

Turtles · Reef snorkel · Beach BBQ
  5. Day5

    Mayreau & Salt Whistle Bay

A crescent of white sand on tiny Mayreau. Walk up to the hilltop church for one of the best views in the Grenadines, back over the Tobago Cays.

    Beach · Viewpoint · Swim
  6. Day6

    Union Island & Happy Island

Kitesurfers love Clifton's lagoon. Have a sundowner at Happy Island, a tiny bar built on a reef from conch shells.

    Kitesurf · Sundowners
  7. Day7

    Petit St Vincent & Morpion

Anchor off Petit St Vincent, then take the tender to Mopion, a sandbar with a single thatched umbrella in the middle of the sea.

Sandbar · Snorkel · Final night
  8. Day8

    Disembark at Union Island

A final swim before you go ashore at Union Island, with flights connecting to Barbados, St Vincent and Grenada.
