Ocean Breeze Charters (“Ocean Breeze”, “we”, “us”) provides yacht charter brokerage services, including sourcing yacht options, coordinating proposals, facilitating introductions to yacht owners/operators, and assisting with planning and booking administration.
“Yacht” refers to the yacht owner/operator or their authorised central agent, manager, or representative.
2) Website Use

- Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute binding offers.
3) Enquiries, Quotes & Availability
- All yacht options, rates, and availability are subject to confirmation by the Yacht.
- Displayed or quoted rates may exclude taxes, fees, provisioning, gratuities, fuel, dockage, or other expenses depending on charter terms.
- Charter pricing may be presented as “All-Inclusive” or “Plus Expenses/APA” depending on region and contract (e.g., Caribbean vs Mediterranean terms).
- We may request additional information to refine your shortlist and confirm feasibility (dates, destination, guest count, budget, preferences).
4) Bookings, Payments & Cancellation
Final bookings are governed by the yacht’s charter agreement (e.g., MYBA, CYBA, or owner’s contract) and related addenda.
- Deposits and final payment schedules are set by the yacht’s contract and are typically time-sensitive.
- Cancellation terms, refundability, and force majeure provisions are controlled by the charter agreement.
- Any bank fees, FX fees, or intermediary charges may be the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes charter cancellation/interruption coverage.
5) Changes & Substitutions
- Yachts may become unavailable due to prior bookings, maintenance, operational issues, or owner decisions.
- If a yacht becomes unavailable, we will propose comparable alternatives where possible.
- Itineraries may change due to weather, port authority directives, safety considerations, or local restrictions.
6) Liability & Disclaimers
- Ocean Breeze is not the carrier and does not operate or crew the yachts unless explicitly stated.
- The yacht owner/operator is responsible for vessel operation, safety, crew conduct, maintenance, and service delivery.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Breeze is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including missed flights, itinerary changes, or supplier failures).
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
