When is the best time to charter in the US Virgin Islands?

December to May is the most popular season, with steady trade winds and dry weather. Summer is quieter and good value; hurricane season runs from June to November.

Can we combine the US and British Virgin Islands?

Yes. Many charters start in St Thomas and cross into the BVI. Guests need passports for the BVI and there are customs fees; your broker arranges the details.

Do I need a passport for a USVI charter?

US citizens do not need a passport to visit the US Virgin Islands, as they are a US territory. A passport is needed if your itinerary crosses into the British Virgin Islands.
